These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Qsets mobile application ("App"), and provide information about the App, outlined below.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
App Functionality and Services
Qsets is a mobile application that provides an offline platform for users to create and manage personalized content. It does not require an internet connection and does not offer any online services. Users can create content within the App for their personal use and also have the option to export their data for offline use.
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create in Qsets and are responsible for protecting those rights. Qsets claims no ownership rights over your content.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Qsets. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack the App, or to defeat or overcome any encryption technologies, security measures, or data transmitted, processed, or stored by Qsets
- Attempt to translate the App into other languages, or create derivative versions
Any unauthorized use of the App or any part thereof is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted in these Terms.
Third-Party and Open-Source Content
The App may include some third-party and/or open-source content. All third-party and open-source content, software, and libraries are subject to their respective licenses. Qsets acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with relevant licenses and requirements. For a complete list of the third-party and open-source content used in this App and related licenses, refer to the "Open Source Acknowledgements" document available in the App.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be modified at Qsets discretion. If changes are made, notice will be provided by updating the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the App.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Qsets disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
